Activation links
“Redeemed” means the customer actually downloaded the project and its BOM into their account. Delivery shows durable link and different-account notice status; failed mail can be retried here.

Cloud backup subscribers
Accounts that can sync their inventory to the cloud. A purchase reported by the app is only trusted once the store confirms it — while store verification is unconfigured, purchases are logged as awaiting review and grant nothing until granted here.

Admin activity
Every activation link revealed and every cloud-backup grant made by hand, newest first. Ordinary reads — this page, the package list, the grants table — are not recorded, so what remains is only the actions that disclose a code or hand out paid access. The log is append-only; there is no endpoint that edits or deletes it.
